A kitchen with a point of view

We cook with what the season gives us — mostly. When the tomatoes are gone we lean into the roots; when the roots get boring we call the fisherman. The menu changes because dinner should be a decision, not a script.

We keep the room quiet, the pours honest, and the check reasonable enough that you'll want to come back on a Tuesday. That is, more or less, the whole idea.
